財團法人金屬工業研究發展中心(以下簡稱本中心)因以下特定目的，向您蒐集個人資料，並依據個人資料保護法規定告知下列事項：

  風電供應鏈推動平台各項會員功能相關行政管理。
• 2.個人資料類別
  識別個人者：如姓名、職稱、地址、聯絡方式 現行之受僱情形：如雇主、工作職稱
• 3.個人資料利用之期間、地區、對象及方式
  (1)本中心將於蒐集目的之存續期間內，合理利用您的個人資料。
  (2)除蒐集之目的涉及國際業務或活動外，本中心僅於中華民國領域內利用您的個人資料。
  (3)本中心將於原蒐集之特定目的、本次以外之產業推廣、宣導、輔導、教育訓練，以及其他公務機關請求與本中心創設目的相關之行政協助目的範圍內，合理利用您的個人資料。
• 4.當事人權利
  您可向本中心「個資當事人權利行使窗口」行使查詢或請求閱覽、製給複製本、補充或更正、停止蒐集處理利用或刪除您的個人資料之權利，電話：07-3513121轉2360。
• 5.不提供個人資料之權益影響
  若您不提供或未提供正確之個人資料，本中心將無法為您提供特定目的之相關業務。
• 6.本中心因業務需要而委託其他單位處理您的個人資料時，將會善盡監督之責。
  

According to Computer-Processed Personal Data Protection Law, Metal Industrial Research and Development Centre (hereinafter as MIRDC) issues this statement for the collection of personal information for the below purposes and to solicit your consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data.

• 1.Purpose of personal information collection:
  administrative and functional management of offshore Wind Power Supply Chain Platform.
• 2.Types of personal information:
  Name, title, address, contact information, current employment situation (e.g. employers, job title).
• 3.Use of personal information, including period, region, object and method:
  (1) Your personal information will be reasonably used by MIRDC during the duration of the collection purpose.
  (2) Your personal information will only be used by MIRDC within the Republic of China, expect for the purpose of collection that involve international businesses or activities.
  (3) Your personal information will be used by MIRDC with the purpose of original collection, industry promotion, guidance, education training and other administrative assistance requested by other government agencies in related to the establishment of MIRDC.
• 4.Rights:

• 5.Inferences of refusal to provide personal information:
  MRIDC will not be able to provide you with related services if you do not provide correct personal information.
• 6.The highest level of supervision will be done by MIRDC when entrusting other units to process your personal information due to any business needs.
